Clean room. Friendly staff. Helpful woth my deafness.

Nous avons passé un séjour globalement agréable, mais quelques points nous ont déçus. La chambre était correcte, mais l’isolation phonique est vraiment à revoir. Les murs étant peu épais, nous entendions très clairement nos voisins parler, ainsi que leurs moments intimes, ce qui a quelque peu perturbé notre tranquillité. Le petit-déjeuner, facturé 16,50 €, nous a également semblé assez cher au regard de ce qui était proposé. Nous l’avons trouvé peu garni et nous nous attendions à davantage de choix pour ce tarif. Enfin, nous avons été un peu déçus par le room service. On nous avait indiqué que nos boissons seraient apportées en chambre, mais au moment venu, on nous a finalement demandé de venir les chercher nous-mêmes car le restaurant était trop chargé. Nous comprenons qu’il puisse y avoir beaucoup de monde, mais dans ce cas, il aurait été préférable de nous prévenir dès le départ. Dans l’ensemble, le séjour reste satisfaisant, mais ces différents points sont à améliorer pour que l’expérience soit réellement à la hauteur des prestations et du prix.

Lovely hotel with a room to park bikes and a lovely restaurant for breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed staying here and our dinner outside on a patio and breakfast the next morning.

Hotel is a straight shot from train station to the charm of Strasbourg. Simple & cute lobby, front desk not very friendly, made some comment about knowing we were Americans the minute we spoke. We shook it off that maybe his shift was ending after a long day?! lol The hallways lit up as soon as we got off the elevator in bright color tones & lovely French inspired illustrations covered the walls. The room was an expected European size, very bright & modern. Loved the desk open closet. We had two French doors that opened to the bustling side streets. Bed was comfortable & had perfect little side tables. The bathroom was a step up, which made the space feel a bit on the small side. Air conditioner worked great & kept us cool. The absolute highlight was the perfect French breakfast buffet offerings & a VERY attentive hostess. Inviting seating area as well. Would definitely recommend & stay again.

Everything. We were not expecting much and it turned out to be a wonderful place to stay. Extremely comfortable with spacious rooms for families. Extra quiet, great food for breakfast and the staff was extremely kind
