"What made our experience exceptional was the excellent service received from all staff starting at the reception (especially from Ms. Fiona, Ms. Nancy and Mr. Scott), the dedicated bell boys and cleaning staff, and the friendly staff in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was of high quality and has an extensive assortment of food items. The executive appartment and the hotel in general are very clean.
