Nhân viên Lễ tân làm việc máy móc, không chuyên nghiệp, coi thường khách hàng Việt Nam (ưu ái với khách nước ngoài - Trung Quốc); đặc biệt cô Lễ tân tên Huyền giao tiếp với khách hàng cực kỳ mất lịch sự, hơn thua cò kè tính toán với khách từ chút một. Còn về phần dịch vụ thì nói chung không đáp ứng đầy đủ với quảng cáo (bàn ghế cũ kỹ, mùa đông nhưng máy nước nóng không hoạt động,...).
