We arrived at the Hotel in the midst of a tropical storm and were warmly greeted at reception. We were upgraded to suite on the top floor due to issues with our room due to the horizontal rain and high winds. The hotel management did everything possible to make our stay 2 day stay as comfortable as possible.Staff were great and spoke reasonable english. Excellent value for money clean, refurbished rooms and comfortable bedding. I regularly stay at this hotel when in Danang and arrived at the hotel without a reservation and was told the hotel was full. I went online and Hotels.com showed ONE room available and I reserved it. Went to the registration desk and no rooms were available so I used another hotel. Don’t know where the problem was, but it was not with the hotel. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout. I might add that on a previous visit, I left my wallet on the front desk and didn’t notice it until I got to the airport. Staff offered to bring it to me, but I decided to return by taxi. We only got one room changed out but upon hindsight should have swap out both rooms. ##### Eli Stayed 2 nights in Dec 2024 ### 4/10 Poor #### Trang 26 Mar 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities This hotel is a quick 5 minutes walk to the beach and is surrounded by various seafood restaurants and beachfront bars. It has a good breakfast buffet included with your stay. And that’s probably the only things I liked about it. I generally haven’t had a negative experience with hotels in Vietnam until staying here. Although the room was spacious, it was dirty and not well kept. There was literally a lip stick stain on one of the window curtains. The bathroom was poorly designed with open cracks between the wall and the bathtub, where water from shower can easily enter and cause mildew and mold. Obvious mildew on the walls, bathroom fixture and bath curtain. Ventilation is poor in the bathroom is well. There are ants in the room, so any food or drink cannot be left out l, even for a short period of time. However I never had an issue with doing this at other hotels before. There is construction for another building right in front and although it is no fault of the hotel that this is happening, you should be aware. Construction started as early as 7am and goes until 6-7pm, with loud clanging even with our windows closed. On top of that, the walls are thin and I heard every thuds and conversation from the neighboring room.
