Our apartment is designed with an "open concept" to maximize the stunning panoramic views.

Main Living & Sleeping Area: A spacious studio-style layout featuring a plush King-sized bed facing the ocean. Imagine opening your eyes to the blue horizon every single morning.

The "+1" Room: A separate, cozy small bedroom equipped with two bunk beds (1.2m each). It’s the perfect "secret den" for kids or extra guests.

Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped kitchenette with a large fridge, microwave, induction stove, and cookware. Enjoy family dinners at our 4-seater dining table.

The Vibe: Modern, airy, and flooded with natural light.

Guest access
You will have full, private access to the entire apartment.

Building Amenities: You can enjoy the building’s common areas and outdoor seating.

Pool & Gym (Optional): To keep our room rates competitive, access to the high-end swimming pool and fitness center is not included in the booking price.

Fee: 200,000 VND per day/person (paid separately).

Pro-tip: Please let us know in advance if you wish to use these facilities so we can assist with the registration.

To ensure a smooth stay, please keep the following in mind:

Private Ownership: This is a privately owned residence within the Signature building. While you enjoy the premium location, please note it is not a hotel room service (no daily front-desk hotel perks).

Registration: A photo of your Passport/ID is required prior to check-in for mandatory building registration.

Breakfast: Not included, but the neighborhood is packed with amazing local cafes and breakfast spots!

Housekeeping: Enjoy complimentary extra cleaning for stays of 5 nights or more. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll happily arrange for our staff to refresh your space.
