There is no shuttle service to/from the airport available, despite what the write up says. The room we were given was an inside room...no windows at all. The room was clean but rudimentary. The breakfast buffet was edible, with a range of noodles and rice fruit and pastries. Coffee was horried, but there a several shops right outside the door. Location was brilliant, a block from the beach, with all kinds of shops and services available. They never vacuum my room floor, never change my bed sheets and pillow cases during the 7 days stay. Always forgot to refill the toilet paper, tissue paper and the soap. The charged laundry service was not returned on time and all the clothes was dumped into a plastic bag after cleaning. All the clothes was wrinkled. The breakfast room was dirty, table mats were never washed.
