Example: Restaurant was opened until 10pm but no menu in the room. When call to lobby, was told the restaurant is closed. When I walk to the lobby, I was told I had to order before 6pm to have food deliver in the evening. Hotel does not provide free airport shuttle and I could not find the shuttle driver at the airport. The driver didn't hold any sign amongst the crowd waiting at the entrance.
