Dirty room, no hot water, provided toiletries were leftovers from other guests. air con didn't work. Mini bar was an unplugged empty fridge, but it did work so I could keep things cool overnight. I didn't see any staff after checking in (They didn't ask for ID), so when checking out, I left my keys at the reception after my one night stay.
