Hotel was fine and great location. Breakfast buffet was a 3 out of 5. Don’t go during Lunar New Year week - the hotel is overbooked and hoards of people flow out of 6 elevators to have breakfast. Coffee in the breakfast cafeteria is really bad.

Front desk staff Giang, Trang and Nhi was professional and helpful. I had forgotten my key card a few times and they were able to get me back into my rooms. Bell boys was helpful in watching over my golf clubs and bags while I waited for transportation.

The beach location was definitely the best part of this hotel — it’s right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes, which made it very convenient. I also appreciated having an ocean view room. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was very outdated. The carpets were old and worn, the beds were uncomfortable, and there was no AC in the lobby which made it very hot. The bathroom setup was also poor because every time you shower, water spills out of the tub onto the floor, making it extremely wet and slippery. The towels also did not smell clean, which made the stay feel even less hygienic. Be very careful with the deposit you leave at check-in. They seemed to try charging for every little thing. For example, I was accused of drinking a water bottle from the fridge that I never touched. Meanwhile, housekeeping staff were in my room making coffee and drinking water from the minibar themselves while cleaning. Overall, the location was great, but the hotel experience itself was disappointing.

Very good hotel but starting to wear out. They don’t like using the AC in common areas gets quite warm. Great position opposite the beach. Shops, restaurants nearby. Time to up their game to remain competitive at their price. Look around for just as good but cheaper.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Manage your expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised. The location is amazing and the price was affordable. I enjoyed breakfast every morning with the medium size selection of Vietnamese food options. The front desk staff does their best to accommodate all guest despite the language barrier. Here are my cons: the lobby is always hot, the elevators are extremely hot, and the gym is hot. I feel like the hotel is trying to conserve energy or save money so the AC doesn’t work in these areas. People smoked in the hallways (or their rooms and you could smell it in the hallways) on two separate occasions. When they say breakfast ends at 0930 they are serious, they even turn the AC off at 0930 in the breakfast area. I called the front desk from a local number asking to be transferred to a room in the hotel and I was hung up on multiple times. When I confronted them in person about the situation they apologized and said they were busy. Would I stay there again, probably not, but I did enjoy the walkability and proximity to EVERYTHING including the beach. Very safe neighborhood with plenty of taxis and Grab services in the front of the hotel.

Hotel is leaking, hair dryer is broken, either I books online they have all my infor but when I come-in they’re asking for deposit money, and when I check out I have to wait half an hour for get my money back and their elevators and hall never turn air conditioning it should not call 5 star, the contraction next building is so loud . I am not recommending

The branding of this hotel says Muong Tham Luxury. From the outside, it looks beautiful. Once you get inside, there’s nothing luxury about it. Everything is old. Nothing is new. Tiles are cracking everywhere in the bathrooms, I was super disappointed as I had so many options to choose from but this had great beach location so I chose it. Personally, I won’t stay here again.

This hotel has potential to be a 5 star. It's just mismanaged. My room had a beautiful view, but the AC didn't work. They were able to give us another room with good AC. Then the TV quit working. So they replaced it. The breakfast buffet wasn't very good. The roof top bar ran out of beer. Long wait for the elevators. The shower ran water all over the bathroom floor. They only give you one room key. But I guess you get what you pay for...
