Drain in shower had been sealed over so water runs on bathroom floor . Also water on bathroom floor caused by air conditioner outlet hose running on to bathroom floor as well. Overall making the bathroom dangerous to walk on and very smelly. Buffet breakfast not up to expectations. I had stayed here several times in the past and always enjoyed my visits. This time there were few English-speaking staff. The entire building is visibly aging, with plaster coming off the walls, mildew, etc. The breakfast was less than in previous visits.
