This is my second time back to this hotel. I feel everything is much better, the staff are friendlier and the room has been cleaned, everything has been upgraded.
I arrived late at night to check in but the staff was still enthusiastic in helping me check in. Then I asked him to order food and he was very willing, I felt very happy

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness
Close to China Beach are, plenty of dinning options, lots of pharmacy's and mini marts, coffee shops etc.
Short driving distance from Vincom shopping centre.
Staff do their best but expect to rely on google translate often.
The room had no windows and was in bad condition. The toilet was not flushed, there were hairs on the floor, stains in the corners of the shower, marks on the wall and chipped paint. The missing soap in the bathroom is not even worth mentioning.
The hotel staff weren't very friendly, but they did help me fix the broken sockets in the room. The most favourite part of my stay was when someone tried to get into my room in the middle of the night and I couldn't sleep because I was too scared they would come back.
The hotel is small but has full services from massage, hair washing, laundry to motorbike rental. You will be supported and booked for almost anything you need. I am very satisfied.
Where should i start, signs right at the start that i made a big mistake booking at this hotel. The staff at the counter was unsure weather we had a booking there even tho i had a confirmation email, after 10-15 minutes he found my booking. Then gave me a key to a room that didn’t look like it had been clean before we got there...made a complaint straight away demanding to be moved to a new room, staff said they were full, did not apologise for the room being dirty and unclean. Later that night heard the sounds of cochroaches crawling aound the bed again notified staff and he came up with spray to spray the room to wake up the next morning with dead cochroaches everywhere and ants all over them. Checked out the next day after returning from a tour we had booked. And demanded a full refund, please stay clear of this hotel dodgy and dirty and very unprofessional.
Rooms very old and rundown. Very old towels.
It’s budget accommodation which is ok but pictures don’t reflect current standards.
It seems very common that guests smoke in bathrooms which moves the fumes to other rooms on same floor.
I would look for something better.
Room stank as soon as I walked in. Lights didn’t work in hallway, tv didn’t work, aircon didn’t work, mould all over the walls and ceiling. Booked 2 nights, checked out after one. Staff nice enough but hotel not at all. Can’t believe any of the 10/10 reviews which made us book it.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily, and empty bottles are recycled. However, the onsite laundry facilities are plastic bins to wash clothes and hang on a communal rack on the 7th floor terrace, or you can pay 20,000VND per kg to have the clothes washed for you.
There are plenty of restaurants on Ho Ngninh Street, and other options are well within walking distance, like My Khe beach.
Overall, I have enjoyed my time here, and have extended my stay by two weeks.
Good quality hotel in a good location close to the beach.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
For me the location was good, the beach was my main aim. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and amenities in a short walking distance. If you want high street shops and some of the popular tourist attractions you will need a taxi or grab.
I have only one small complaint. There were some insects living in the bathroom. They were harmless and I only ever saw one or two particularly around the toilet.
Personally that didn't bother me. Others would make a big deal out of it.
The rooms advertised and paid for were not what was advertised. We felt unsafe and unfortunately could not stay and we had to leave. Will be making a full complaint and will be hoping to have our money refunded
La chambre était parfaite mais il s'agit d'une simple porte de bois (mal insonorisée)
Le matinvoisin se raclait la gorge et on aurait dit qu'il était à côté de moi
Although the hotel was clean and comfortable enough, we felt let down by the level of service given by the reception staff. We asked for a transfer to be booked between the hotel and Hoi An and although it clearly stated it would be 450,000vnd on the sheet of paper, he asked for 300,000vnd. Sounds like a good deal until a gentleman turned up (who we now think is the receptionists friend) and mid journey tried to take us to a ‘Marble Shop’. “Please help me” he said, “stay here for ten minutes, I need you to help me”. We’ve heard of these scams before, but you expect a level of professionalism from hotel staff to book you legit taxi’s.
Aside from this, the rooms aren’t fantastic but you get what you pay for.
