I said it's illegal to keep our passports and the next day they gave back on condition that we pay the deposit of USD81. Finally I had to contact my family who helped me to phone directly to hotels.com several times as they don't have people to attend the phone at night. I never felt so angry with a hotel. What can I say about the Kings finger Hotel? Let’s start with the staff, they were excellent. Every member of staff that we came in contact with were so helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble at all. Check in was very smooth and although they wanted to hold our passports during our stay we said no and this was not an issue, they just said, ok, no problem. Breakfast is geared towards the Vietnamese but hey, that’s fine we’re in Vietnam. Our room was very clean and tidy. If you’re looking to spend 3-4 nights in Da Nang I highly recommend this hotel. I would not hesitate to stay here again. There is a skybar near by swimming pools so you can order some snack and drink when you enjoy swimming. Our room was so clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpul. Buffe breakfast was good with many food for your choice.
