However after a long travel day, me and my partner had just got to sleep when a room down the corridor decided to leave the door wide open and use an industrial vacum (it was far louder than your average vacum) for 30 minutes at 11:30pm, when I phoned down the reception they said they were vacum packing a guests luggage and we just had to wait for the noise to stop, I didn't feel like this was a resonable response to a noise complaint. To me this is far too late to be vacuming when other guests are trying to sleep and something that should have either been done at a more reasonable hour or the guest needing stuff vacum packed should have had to go to the reception floor where there were no other guest rooms. From Check in to check out, I can only say good things about this hotel. The staff reception were polite, helpful and quick. They often asked if all was ok and if we needed something. They helped us arrange a car for an excursion to the caves. The room was clean and the WiFi was great. There was a large selection at breakfast that changed from day to day. The bed was comfortable. It is a few minutes walk to the beach. There are mini market stores nearby.
