Fine hotel, that does what it should

Stayed two days at the hotel. Located in the middle of Dalat for convince, and overall hotel looks fine. We did have some trouble communicating with the staff, since their English was not very good. The guest service was not good. They could not help with any transfer/transportation/taxi, as we are used to in all other hotels. Rooms where fine but worn, and could have been cleaned better. Black spots all over the bathroom and dirty spots on the bed and sheets. The hotel is fine, but do not expect anything above that.

Not a 4 star by USA standards

It was ok. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again. In fact, it was a last minute trip so my choices were limited. It was rated as 4 star but that maybe by Vietnam standards. USA standards this is like a motel 6. It has a decent accommodation and even then I was not comfortable. They reused the hotel slippers so I didn’t bother touching them. The breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. My wife had some veggies which had mold on it so we just got grossed out and stopped eating there from that point on. The only really good points were the location, the staff was ok (limited English), and the room being half way decent.

Avevamo la stanza senza affaccio, ampia, pulita e arredamento nuovo. Unica pecca che la stanza aveva macchie di muffa nell' angolo in alto, non essendoci riciclo d'aria si crea questa problematica. Colazione super!
