The Accommodation
The apartment is located in Spa Zone 1, right on the dike in Cuxhaven. It is located on the 1st floor of the Atlantic building at Strandhausallee 29 and is marked with the number 116.

The one-bedroom apartment features:

The sleeping area consists of a fold-out bed in a closet that sleeps two people.

The accommodation is located at Strandhausallee 29. Keys will be handed over in person.

Additional important information
The apartment is located in Spa Zone 1, which is why the following additional fees apply during your stay:

High season: €4.10 per person per night.
Off-season: €3.30 per person per night.
High season periods: Jan. 1–Jan. 7, Apr. 1–Oct. 31, Dec. 25 – Dec. 31.
Off-season periods: Jan. 8 – Mar. 31, Nov. 1 – Dec. 24.
Exemptions: Children under the age of 16.

These costs are not included in the price and must be paid by bank transfer or in cash by the end of your stay.

We do not retain this money; it is remitted to the city. With this ticket, you’ll receive on-site discounts, such as free beach access.

3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Closed on Tuesday for cleaning
Annual maintenance period: 15.01.2027 – 20.02.2027 (swimming pool, sauna, and fitness centre closed).

Sauna hours:
Wednesday through Monday from 3:00 p.m. (closed on Tuesday)

Monday, Thursday, and Saturday: Sanarium (~70 °C)
Wednesday, Friday & Sunday: Finnish sauna (~95 °C)
Tuesday: Closed (cleaning)
