Neue, sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtete Erdgeschosswohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Parkplatz, Terrasse und Fahrradabstellplatz liegen direkt nebeneinander, deshalb sehr kurze Wege. Die Einrichtung läßt keine Wünsche offen, es fehlt an nichts. Zweiter Fernseher ist im Schlafzimmer ebenso vorhanden wie alle benötigten Elektrogeräte.
