This modern, high-quality, two-story holiday apartment with a south-facing balcony is approximately 60 m² and can accommodate up to six people.

The living room features a flat-screen TV (cable TV), a DVD player, and a stereo system. A comfortable sofa is also provided.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher.

There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size box-spring bed (180 cm).

The second bedroom has a sofa bed with a sleeping area of 140 cm.

The third bedroom has a double bed with two mattresses (2 x 90 cm) and is accessible via a separate entrance from the stairwell. It has its own shower room and air conditioning.

All bedrooms are equipped with a television.

The apartment is fitted with mosquito nets and blackout blinds.

A sauna (for a fee) and a reserved, free parking space directly at the house are available.

Coin-operated washing machines, coin-operated dryers, and an ironing station are located in the basement.

A lounge with a fireplace and a games room with foosball and electronic darts can be used free of charge.
