Ich kann die „hervorragenden“ Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Der Parkettboden ist total verkratzt und kommt hoch. Vor allen Dingen knarrt und quietscht er, das Kinder nachts aufgeweckt werden. Im Bad wackelt der Rollenhalter an der Wand. In der Küche muss man die Mikrowelle hin und her stellen um sie benutzen zu können. Leider ist an ihrem Standort keine Steckdose und kein Verlängerungskabel vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr klein und ungünstig eingerichtet. Daher kann man schlecht mit 2 Personen darin arbeiten. Und es gibt in den Schränken keine Abstellmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel und weiteres. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer stehen sehr große massive Betten. Die Betten schränken die Bewegung stark ein. Die Wohnung hätte auch vor Jahren mal gestrichen werden müssen. Es sind sehr viele Flecken an der Wand. Hervor zu heben ist der Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Das ist schon gut. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut fotografiert worden.
