As a result, noise pollution during the day can not be ruled out. The modern 40 m² Non smoking rental is located on the mezzanine floor with a small balcony facing south / west. It is equipped with 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 living room with double sofa bed, cable TV (flat screen TV), radio and shower / WC. The kitchenette has a 4-ring ceramic hob and oven. There is also a dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. Es gibt nur eine Kritik: Die Waschmaschine im Keller muss mit 0,50 Ct-Münzen bestückt werden. Es gibt keinen Münzwechsler. Es ist im Vorfeld nicht ersichtlich, wie viele 50-Ct.-Münzen für ein bestimmtes Waschprogramm nötig sind, denn die Waschmaschine hat erst Strom, wenn mindestens eine Münze eingeworfen wurde und somit funktioniert die Anzeige der Waschmaschine auch erst dann. Man kann also erst dann sehen, wie lang ein jeweiliges Programm dauert und wie viele weitere Münzen eingeworfen werden müssen. Die Zeit beginnt mit dem ersten Münzlauf sofort an, rückwärts zu laufen. Selbst wenn man kein Waschprogramm startet, ist es nicht möglich, die eingeworfenen Münzen zurückzuerhalten. Vorschlag zur Abhilfe: Eine Liste erstellen, auf der die jeweiligen Waschzeiten ersichtlich sind und diese an die Wand über der Waschmaschine pinnen. Diesen Vorschlag habe ich Frau Hinrichs, im Vermietungsbüro in Duhnen mitgeteilt, hatte aber nicht den Eindruck, dass sie das überhaupt interessiert. In der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht, es fehlte uns an nichts. Ich persönlich finde, dass die Wohnung für 4 Personen dennoch etwas zu klein ist. Insbesondere das Bad ist sehr klein, die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer fand ich jetzt nicht so gut, sodass ich mit meinen Kindern (6 und 9) im Doppelbett geschlafen habe und ein Kleiderschrank für vier Personen könnte knapp werden. Für zwei Erwachsene oder wie bei uns -ein Erwachsener und zwei Kinder- ist die Wohnung perfekt. Der Weg zum Strand, Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (...) ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet, auch für Selbstversorger super geeignet!
