Enjoy the ambience in the newly renovated 2-room apartment. In the fourth Floor looking through the eastern alignment direction Döse. In just 3 minutes you are on the sandy beach and the heated saltwater swimming pool Steinmarne.
The master bedroom has a comfortable box spring and in Wohraum are again 2 closet folding beds for sleeping available. All windows are fitted with blinds, so the bedrooms can be darkened for presentations individually.
The modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven fridge freezer, 2-ring ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and toaster. For our younger guests also Kindergeschirr and will - Cutlery kept, as well as a highchair.
The living area with sofa, radio, TV and DVD player invites you to relax.
On the covered balcony, you can enjoy the evening. See how the sunset reflected in the homes in Döse and watch the shipping waterway with container or cruise ships.
The house has a sauna, washer and dryer is (slot machine). A bicycle garage is available for your bicycles.
The apartment has free Wi-Fi.

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt. Das Schlafzimmer ist allerdings sehr klein. Für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet.

Schöne Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und hübsch eingerichtet. Zum Strand und zum Freibad ca. 3 Minuten. Lage genau zwischen Duhnen und Döse (je ca. 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß). Frische Brötchen gibt es nebenan auf dem Campingplatz. Prima für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Schöne Wohnung in Top-Lage!

Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und bietet alles notwendige für einen entspannten Urlaub. Wir waren in den Herbstferien zu viert dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Lage ist super! Egal ob nach Duhnen, Döse oder auch zum Hafen oder Innenstadt: Alles ist, auch mit Kindern, bequem per Rad zu erreichen.

Cuxhaven immer wieder!

Lage für uns Ideal, Abstand zum Zentrum ca.10min. und zum Strand unter 2min. alles zu Fuß. Noch ein Eierkocher in die Ferienwohnung und es ist kaum noch zu verbessern. 😀

Super Wohnung in super Lage

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, in unmittelbarer Fußnähe zum Zentrum von Duhnen und Döse. Genial ist ist auch der kurze Weg, ca. 300m zum Strand. Ideal geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Auch die Beschreibung der Wohnung passt genau so wie inseriert. Die Vermieter haben die Wohnung liebevoll mit kleinen Details ausgestattet, so, dass man sich sehr schnell wohlfühlt. Auch das Platzangebot mit 4 Personen ist vollkommen ausreichend. Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Top Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Die Wohnung war super gepflegt und sauber, es gab reichlich Geschirr, alles was man benötigt. Sogar GesellschaftsSpiele für Groß und Klein fanden sich in den Schubladen. Die Fotos entsprachen genau dem Original. Müllraum auch sehr sauber und ordentlich. Garage ausreichend. Von der Wohnung circa 100 m bis zum Sandstrand, dort auch direkt StrandKorb-Vermietung, öffentliche Toiletten und Bistro. Einziger minimaler Nachteil, zu den Shops und Restaurants im Zentrum von Duhnen sind es etwa 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Dafür ist der Weg zum Strand kurz, was wir als Vorteil sahen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, nah am Strand. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist Topp, selten eine Ferienwohnung gehabt die so gut und durchdacht ausgestattet und sauber ist. Das geht bei der Anzahl der Ablageflächen los und weitet sich bis zu den vorhandenen Elektrogeräten aus. Für uns absolut perfekt, wir kommen sicher wieder :). Das i-Tüpfelchen ist die zu der Wohnung gehörende Einzelgarage, die auch für einen Kombi (E-Klasse) ausreichend Platz bietet.

Top Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist grandios. Was mir persönlich nicht gefallen hat, ist, dass sich die Putzfrima nicht viel Mühe gegeben hat! Spiegel im Bad verschmiert, Fingerabdrücke aberall an der Küchenzeile und Kuchenkrümel auf den Stühlen! Die Kosten für die Reinigung müsste man eigentlich zurückverlangen!!! Das ganze ändert aber nichts daran, dass ich wiederkommen würde!
