Die Küche ist quasi neu und hat alles was braucht. Die neue Heizungsanlage konnten wir zu unserer Zeit teilweise gut gebrauchen. Das Bad ist in einem guten und sauberen Zustand wenngleich auch die Türen der Dusche mitunter etwas unwillig sind. Dort wo die Duschhandtücher hängen sind die Fugen teils unsauber. Eine gründliche Reinigung mit einer Bürste sollte dies beseitigen. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist für unseren Geschmack eine Mixtur aus Neu und Alt und eher spröde. Eine altbackene Couchgarnitur deren Holz mit Klarlack aufgearbeitet wurde und eine modernere Essecke mit Massivholzmöbeln, bei der zwei von vier Stühlen aus dem Leim geraten waren. Hilfe und Service des Vermietungsbüros vor Ort sind gut. Apropos altbacken. In der gesamten oberen Etage ein Geruch der genau das leider permanent vermittelt. Die Betten in beiden Schlafräumen sauber und massiv, die Matratzen für uns perfekt. Die Einbauschränke versprühen ebenfalls den Charme des Altbackenen. Frisch geölt würden sie dem Haus gut zu Gesichte stehen. Der Laminatboden im gesamten Erdegeschoss hat seine besten Tage hinter sich. Die Gardinen sahen wohl schon länger keine Waschmaschine mehr. Das klingt jetzt vielleicht negativer als es ist. Wie gesagt, ein gutes Haus mit Potential, dem an der ein oder anderen Stelle eine Auffrischung gut täte. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Treppe ist tatsächlich eine sportliche Herausforderung. Die Außenanlage ist riesig. Überall Plätze zum Sitzen ohne stete Beobachtung. Kinder finden massig Platz zum Spielen. In der Garage mit Garagentorantrieb können super Fahrräder untergebracht werden oder das Spielzeug der Kinder mitsamt Bollerwagen für den Strand. Die Lage ist super ruhig, der Strand nicht weit weg. Die dort gelegene Strandrestauration „Duhner Spitze“ eine echte Empfehlung. Sonnenuntergänge lassen sich dort wunderbar er- und verleben. Wir würden ohne Zögern jederzeit hier wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen. Das Haus selbst ist ok, etwas altbacken, könnte etwas mehr Flair vertragen. Die Raumsparstreppe ist schon eine Herausforderung, selbst für unserem Enkel , 7 Jahre .
