Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ja, 5 Betten, allerdings ist das Etagenbett im OG nur für wenige Nächte für Erwachsene geeignet.
Die Wohnung ist klein aber sauber, TV, Radio, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Föhn, Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Ausstattung sehr gut. Empfehlenswert? Ja!

Entspannter Urlaub in toller Umgebung
Sehr gemütliche und saubere kleine Ferienwohnung, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Tolle überdachte Terasse zum draußen sitzen, großer gepflegter Garten auch toll für die Kinder zum Spielen mit Schaukel und Sandkasten. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Das Bad ist super mit Dusche und jeder Menge Stauraum. Die kleine Küche ist völlig ausreichend für einfache und schnelle Urlaubskost (2 Kochplatten, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher). Das extra Strockwerk mit Hochbett war das Highlight der Kinder (3+6 Jahre), die Treppe ist gesichert durch eine kleine Tür, ebenso ist ein Rausfallschutz für das Hochbett vorhanden. Wir haben zwei sehr erholsame Wochen hier verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ländlich, idyllisch gelegene Ferienwohnung
Ferienwohnung, die sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert wurde. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Wohnküche, mit Kühlschrank + Eisfach, 2 Platten Herd, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Kombimikrowelle ( diese war für uns als Backofenbesitzer gewöhnungsbedürftig, da nur relativ geringer Gar-/ Backraum vorhanden). Das Geschirr, Besteck, Kochutensilien ist ausreichend für 6 Personen. Im EG befindet sich weiterhin das Bad mit Dusche mit fester Abtrenung, Waschbecken mit reichlich Stauraum und WC. Wasser ist sofort warm, Dusche hat einen Duschkopf, der direkt in die Decke eingelassen ist. Das Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Doppelbett und ein weiteres Einzelbett befinden sich ebenfalls noch im Erdgeschoss. Von hier geht eine schmale Treppe ins 1. OG, dort befindet sich ein Etagenbett. Für kleine Kinder vollkommen ausreichend, für Jugendliche etwas niedrige Deckenhöhe. Eine Holzklappe kann verhindern, dass die kleinen Kinder die Treppe herunterpurzeln. Die Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet, was sehr sinnvoll ist!!! Im Eingangsbereich gibt es den Vorflur mit Garderobe, Gesellschaftsspielen, Putzutensilien. Eine überdachte Terrasse, die sich direkt an den Vorflur anschließt, bietet Sitzmöglichkeiten für 5 Personen. Ein Grill steht auch zur Verfügung. Haustiere sind erlaubt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, er wohnt mit im Haus. Es gibt in diesem Haus noch mehr Ferienwohnungen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Eine schöne, ruhige Wohnung, von der man Otterndorf ( schönes Städtchen!) und Cuxhaven mit Stränden schnell erreichen kann. Zu klären wäre lediglich die Abreisezeit, dort gab es unteschiedliche Angaben. In einem Schreiben wurde 11 Uhr angegeben, in einem anderen 10 Uhr. Das führte zu einem kleinen Missverständnis., welches sich aber problemlos klären ließ.
