This cosy apartment features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher) and a balcony, a bathroom, and a living room with a dining area, a pull-out sofa bed, and another furnished balcony.
The sandy beach at Sahlenburg and the beach promenade with restaurants, cafés, and shops are only about 200 metres away.

After a long bike ride, you can store your bikes in the bike storage room.
There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the apartment for your laundry.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous opportunities for activities. Whether hiking, biking, or jogging—outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy here. You’ll also have the chance to try water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, and boat trips. The new and modernly furnished apartments are partially wheelchair-accessible and accommodate 2 to 7 people. Ideal for family holidays—even with a dog—right on the beach. The building features an lift, a bike storage room, and coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Many apartments have their own washing machine/dryer combo inside the unit at no additional charge. A private parking space right next to the building is available for rent. Bicycle storage is provided. Behind the building is a small playground with seating areas.
