The building features an lift, a bicycle storage room, and coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Many apartments have their own washing machine/dryer combo inside the unit at no additional charge. A private parking space right next to the building is available for rent. Bicycle storage is provided. Behind the building is a small playground with seating areas.
