3 room apartment - close to the beach with beach chair

Apartment 104 is on the 1st Floor of the beach mermaid, 300m from the 3.5km long sandy beach in Cuxhaven-Döse. The apartment is also suitable for older or handicapped people, since it can be reached by elevator without barriers.

The apartment has a separate kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and large balcony with table and 4 chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, freezer and much more). After an eventful day, you can fulfill all your culinary desires here.
The west-facing, comfortably furnished living room also offers the right setting for a romantic holiday. It has a modern facility with a round sofa, flat screen TV, video, stereo and a dining area with 4 swivel chairs. Sufficient cupboards are of course available.

The large bedroom has a large double bed, which enables a healthy sleep. The smaller bedroom has 2 large single beds, otherwise like the large bedroom with a small flat-screen TV. There are enough closets here too.

The bathroom has a modern design and is equipped with a glass partition as a bathtub so that there can be no flooding.

In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer with a coin operated machine.
We provide you with a fixed parking space free of charge for your stay.
From 1st May to late season 30. A free beach chair is available in September.

Our prices are complete prices and must be paid in euros. Tourist tax in low season (01. 11. to 13. 04. and 28. 04. to 30. 04.) from 1.80 € person / night, all other times we pay 2.80 € / night to us have to pay the spa administration.

We can offer you a laundry package up to max. 4 people, for a fee of 15.00 € / person.

Viel versprochen

Auf allen Bildern wird die schöne Küche gezeigt. Eine Wohnung besteht aber nicht nur aus einer Küche. Das Bad war eine Zumutung. Diese Wohnung ist nichts für ältere Generationen. Die Wohnung wurde als Rollstuhlgerecht deklariert, weit davon entfernt!!!! Man kommt nicht mit dem Rollstuhl ins Bad (hatte man uns aber vorher gesagt) und man kann den Balkon nicht benutzen. Hohe Kante!!!

Ein sehr gute Wohnung. Man ist schnell am Meer. Cuxhaven hat einiges zu bieten. Mit den bushaltestell in der nähe der Wohnung kann man über all schnell hin. Es Lohnt sich wen man sich entspanne möchte

Tolle Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Ich war mit meinen Kindern (9 & 12) dort und wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen, die Wohnung ist einfach super. Sehr schöne und großzügige Einrichtung, super sauber, sehr schöner und großer Balkon. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Einen Aufzug gibt es auch. Zum Strand sind es knapp 5 Minuten, näher geht es nicht. Ein Bäcker ist fast gegenüber. Auch die kleine "Fressmeile" und den kleinen Zoopark erreicht man in nur wenigen Gehminuten. Der Strandkorb, der zur Wohnung gehört, stand während unserem Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Abschnitt. Der Kontakt zum Inhaber war auch sehr freundlich. Diese Wohnung ist zu 100% empfehlenswert !!!

Wunderschöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei, genau wie der Check in. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man für einen Selbstverpfegungs Urlaub braucht. Der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und der zugehörige Strandkorb läd zum verweilen ein. Direkt gegebüber der Wohnung ist ein Spielplatz, der unserem Kleinen trotz des schlechten Wetters viel geboten hat.

Sind in der Zeit vom 3.6.2023 bis zum 10.6.2023 in Döse Cuxhaven in Urlaub, Wir sind mit der Wohnung und der Umgebung sehr zufrieden, zum Strand ca fünf Minuten , die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet,separaten Parkplatz und eigener Strand Korb, in der Nähe ist eine Bäckerei, Pizzeria, ca .fünf Minuten zum ALDI, man kann die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Sehr empfehlenswert

Schön große Wohnung, gemütlich und harmonisch gestaltet. Küche lässt nichts vermissen. In den Betten konnte man gut schlafen. In den hinteren Räumen etwas hellhörig. Der riesige Balkon liegt nachmittags in der Sonne. Einzig das Badezimmer könnte eine Belüftung vertragen. Lage direkt am Strand, und wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, ist man in 30 Minuten in Duhnen. In die andere Richtung läuft man zum Kurpark mit dem kl. Zoo. Brötchenshop direkt nebenan. Ansonsten liegt der nächste Supermarkt 12 Gehminuten entfernt. Check-In wegen falsch angegebner Telefonnummer etwas verspätet.

Sehr entspannt

Wir haben die Wohnung wegen der Nähe zum Wasser, der Küche und der Badewanne ausgesucht. Sie war sehr sauber und ruhig, die Küche ist prima, sogar für zwei zum Kochen und auf dem Balkon kann man in Ruhe essen. Die Betten sind gut, das Wäschepaket völlig ok. Einkaufen geht zu Fuß grade eben, in unmittelbarer Nähe liegt ein Bäcker, eine Bushaltestelle und ein Fahrradverleih, 2 eigene kann man im Keller unterstellen. Man geht keine 5 Minuten zum Strand- wer allerdings ernsthaft schwimmen will, wird eher ins Seewasserfreibad gehen. Duhnen liegt genau richtig für einen Abendspaziergang. Perfekt.

Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten

Die Ferienwohnung ist für 2 Personen ziemlich groß und bietet reichlich Platz, was uns aber auch sehr gut gefallen hat. An Mobiliar und Kücheneinrichtung ist alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte. Sie ist im ersten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses und nur wenige Schritte vom Strandzugang entfernt. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass zur Wohnung ein Strandkorb gehört, den wir auch gern genutzt haben. Der Bus nach Cuxhaven hält fast vor der Haustür. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine sehr schöne Woche zur Erholung

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super nah zum Strand und da der Strandkorb schon bei der Buchung dabei war, täglich zu geniesen. In dierekter Umgebung kann man Brötchen kaufen, auch eine Eisdiele und verachiedene Restautante sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und gepflegt. Und besonders die Ausstattung der Küche ist perfekt. Wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder mieten.

Schöne Wohnung in Strand nähe

Wir waren vom 4-11.7.2020 da und können nur Positives berichten. Die Wohnung ist sauber, schick eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit allem, was man so im Alltag benötigt. Der Bäcker ist innerhalb von zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ins Stadtzentrum sind es ca 2km. Abwicklung vor Ort war sehr gut und problemlos. Fazit : Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage. Wir waren in wenigen Minuten (ca. 5Min.) am Strand. Riesenvorteil der Strandkorb der schon dabei ist. Die Wohnung war sehr schön ausgestattet, mit allem was gebraucht wurde. Schlüsselübergabe verlief zügig und sehr freundlich.

Top Erholungsurlaub

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern) hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Wohnung! + unkomplizierter und sehr freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter + sehr saubere und sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung + sauberes und sehr ruhiges Haus + tolle Lage mit Meer, Brötchenkiosk und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe - leider keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit an sämtlichen Fenstern Wir würden die Wohnung erneut buchen.
