This place was perfect! Absolutely loved our stay. They had everything we needed and were so very accommodating to what we asked which was not much. Quiet and beautiful.

Great little cabin. Equipped with everything you need. Terrific homebase for all the activities nearby.
Location! Location! Location! Easy access to Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore, crazy horse. Love the property, super clean camera super quaint. Love the owner, Deb! Super nice!!!!
My husband and I had no issues with finding the property and check-in instructions were detailed so getting into our little cabin was easy. The cabin was small and perfect for my husband and I. It has a queen size bed. We have a king at home and it was super helpful to discover a trundle bed under the queen. My husband and I both had our own beds and slept amazing. We traveled with our mini poodle. Her kennel fit perfectly under the cupboard. The land around the cabin is perfect for an evening walks with your pet or family. The shower had a rain head on it. Good water pressure and stayed hot. The cabin had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion to use. No fan in the bathroom but property provided a candle. The owners are very nice and super helpful. They provide continental breakfast. Parking for the cabin was easy. Activites around Custer will keep you busy. Wildlife loop in custer state park was amazing. Watch for ticks.
The cabin was a great place to stay! We loved our time at Custer! The property manager gave us a box of food for our journey home, which was very thoughtful!
We enjoyed our 3 night stay. It's a nice clean little cabin and very easy to access. We especially enjoyed the front porch and patio furniture with sun umbrella - a great place to have meals. It was central to almost all of our vacation activities. The hosts were very responsive to any questions or needs. Highly recommend for 1-2 people.
My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful three day visit to Custer in September.
This small cabin is very cute and perfect for two people. The owner and staff were excellent as was the location. Just outside town, we enjoyed the peacefulness and beauty of the Black Hills; yet close to everything. We also loved our visits by the little bunnies and deer. Would definitely return !

The shower in the cabin was awkward to use since the shower head was pointed directly at the toilet
It is not a five star resort. It is a small worn tiny home. But it is a perfect little private romantic quiet place to stay. Denise was very quick in responding. Everything that was needed was there. We have been traveling to the Black hills every year for 26 years and this is way better than a hotel. There are RV sites next to the tiny cabin but there were no RV's during our stay.
Great place to explore the southern Black Hills are
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Eagles Nest and we would definitely stay again. The cabin was very clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen, while small, had what we needed to cook our meals which we did exclusively. The property manager and staff communicated very well and were helpful. In one situation where we found ourselves in a bit of a jam they went out their way to help us out and come up with a solution.
The cabin was very nice and very spacious. The pictures do not do it justice for the size of it. Will definitely rent again if in the area and it is available!
The pictures don't do this cute cabin justice. It's Adorable! They provide everything you may need for a weekend stay, the bed is comfy and I would definitely stay there again! I loved that I did not have to bother anyone when I arrived late, I could just open the door with a code.
We loved staying in this quaint cabin.y husband and I were on a vacation to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. This property is at a prime location as it is only a few miles and easy drive to all the major Black Hills tourist attractions. We appreciated that we could stay to ourselves in the cabin but the owner and other guests were fun to interact with and we also had access to the lodge! Great location, wonderful service, overall fantastic experience! Deb and her crew work hard to make it a wonderful, comfortable stay!
