O problema foi o check-in. Chegamos de viagem as 7h da manha apos 12 horas de voo e conexao. Pedimos para que pudessemos entrar no quarto antes do horario (vimos que varios hospedes fizeram check-out bem cedo) mas nenhuma cordialidade nos foi dada, ao menos uma tentativa de liberacao do quarto antecipado foi feita. A antendente muito fria e pouco se importando comigo e com meus filhos. Tinhamos passeio agendado as 12h e com muita insistencia entramks 11h45 pra deixar as malas no quarto. Ficamos CINCO HORAS no saguao do hotel aguardando quarto. Notre chambre initiale donnait sur la rue, nous avons demandé à changer pour être au calme, heureusement une autre chambre était dispo. La propreté n’est pas du tout au rendez vous, la salle d’eau était dans un état catastrophique (dans les deux chambres), il n’y a aucune isolation prévoyez des plaids. Le petit déjeuner est correct.
