Everything is good we enjoyed the unit. There is nobody on site that works there just be aware before you go here. it's not really a problem but if you have questions there's no one on site. It's very centrally located to the plazas others complain about noise we stayed in two different units there one was more quiet than the other but it's typical South America when you're in busy area

The casa Muru manager literally kicked me and my small children out on the street with no notice (after she approved our booking and took our payment), knowing that my infant and toddler were sick.

The manager (female) of Casa Muru is so unfriendly and “Karen” like in nature that more than 5 of the neighboring restaurants, cafes, and stores warned me about her, and respectively expressed how difficult it was to communicate or cooperate with her.

Melhorem a comunicação

O quarto e tudo em geral foi incrível, porém, não explicam que tem muitas escadas para subir e chegar no quarto e ninguém para ajudar com as malas, não informam na reserva que tem uma SENHA na porta, você chega sem essa informação e fica exposto na rua até resolverem, no caso da nossa hospedagem, demos sorte de um outro hóspede estar entrando no local e nos ajudar a abrir a porta, só tivemos uma resposta sobre a senha da porta porque entramos na hospedagem e o número de WhatsApp estava no ar code da mesa da sala, e a comunicação ainda sim era muito falha.
