Located in Curlewis, this home borders the picturesque Bellarine Rail Trail – ideal for nature walks, cycling, or a peaceful morning with your coffee. You\`re also just a short walk to Lake Lorne, a 5-minute drive to Curlewis Golf Club, and within easy reach of renowned local wineries like Jack Rabbit, Terindah Estate, Scotchman’s Hill, and Bellarine Estate.  
  
This four-bedroom, two-bathroom home provides generous space for families or groups, with modern amenities including Smart TV, free WiFi, washing machine for longer stays, BBQ for relaxed outdoor dining, workspace for remote work, double garage for secure parking  
  
Sleeping arrangements are as follows (all linen & bathroom towels provided):  
Bedroom 1 – Queen-size bed with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite  
Bedroom 2 – Queen-size bed with built-in wardrobe
