Gostei muito do atendimento, facilidade da localidade, não gostei da limpeza, muita formiga e mosquito no quarto, as instalações parecem está sem reparo a um bom tempo e barulho de água escorrendo o tempo todo na direção do armário do meu quarto, principalmente quando o andar de cima usava o banheiro!!

É um bom hotel, mas poderia ser melhor. Apesar da crítica que farei logo mais adiante, é um bom hotel para dormir: chuveiro bom, cama boa e café excelente! Apesar de parecer muito sujo, não tivemos alergias respiratórias, indicando que a limpeza da roupa de cama estava ok. O café da manhã foi excelente, e faço uma menção especial à educação e cordialidade da recepcionista da noite, que fez de tudo para atender às nossas necessidades. Entretanto, um pouco caro para o benefício, pelo que vou expor agora. Pelo mesmo valor fiquei já, na mesma cidade, há poucos metros, num hote parecendo novinho em folha. O Lancaster, mesmo sendo antigo, teria potencial para ser um excelente hotel atraente pela sua tradição, se estivesse bem cuidado. As paredes fazem anos que não vêem uma pintura, estão todas riscadas fazendo o ambiente dos quartos e corredores parecerem sujos. O piso de carpet nos quartos e corredores também estavam necessitando de limpeza. As cortinas pareciam velhas e tinham furos. A vizinhança à noite não parece muito amigável, bem no centro da cidade.

Foi tranquila minha estadia, achei que a cortina de blackout estava suja e era a única na janela, móveis antigos mas funcionais, banheiro escuro, mas a ducha era ótima, cama confortável e lençóis limpos, a toalha que achei amarelada e velha fininha, tv pequena e poucas opções de canais, o café da manhã pra mim não foi muito bom prq não tem opção sem glúten, mas comi frutas e tá td certo. Achei que pelo preço tá otimo.
