The Bristol Brasil 500 was a unique looking hotel. The amenities and balcony view were wonderful. The staff was very kind. They did their best to communicate with me despite my lack of Portuguese. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice accommodations. Staff were pleasant. The garage rules were confusing. It would be better if parking was included in the hotel's services, rather than having to deal with them separately.

Decent hotel in the heart of Batel

Although it looks dated, my room was in excellent condition. Nice decor and furniture. Based opposite Curitiba shopping. Plenty of food outlets if you dont fancy the restaurant menu. Overall a nice hotel. Will use it again in the future. Thanks

Very good value at the time of year we visited compared to top hotels in other large cities we have visited. This part of Brazil is apparently a travel bargain in April. Only negative comments are that on some shifts English or Spanish speakers were not available. However, they were very helpful when they understood us. The hotel fitness center is inadequate. However, there is a nice gym nearby you can pay to use. Free breakfast buffet was enormous, if stocked with some items unfamiliar to Americans. I would expect to pay at least $20 for such a buffet in the US.

We love staying at Bristol! It’s perfectly located with an average of R$ 8 Uber ride to anywhere in the immediate bubble. It’s also right across the mall, where its a super convenience (clothes, food, pharmacy, laundry)! The staff is very polite, professional and helpful. Front desk agents speak English and some also Spanish. The prices are fair, but they could have better towels and blankets for that rate. Its also slightly outdated, and I wished their bar was actually active. Its a shame because its a great space. The breakfast is also really good, staff there are very nice too. Overall, while its not a perfect hotel; it’s my husband’s favorite place to stay in CWB.

Excelente localização , ótimo café da manhã e pessoal muito atencioso . Já é a terceira vez que me hospedo aí . Entretanto o serviço de camareira deixou a desejar . No segundo dia não houve serviço nenhum. No dia seguinte , a mesma coisa até à tarde quando reclamei na recepção . Então fizeram o serviço no final do dia . Fiquei surpresa com isso .

Quarto limpo, café da manhã bom, ótima localização (ao lado de shopping), quarto boa vedação de janelas, estacionamento R$20,00 (barato), tem microondas e chaleira, quarto grande, toalhas "transparentes", carpet desgastados nos corredores, . Quarto 1006, Ar condicionado central sem possibilidade de regulagem no quarto, não tem chuveirinho higiênico, elevadores demorados, só 1 travesseiro por pessoa, camareira não repôs sobre-lençol, atendimento no quarto demorado.

O quarto em que fiquei estava bem limpo, o banheiro também. As roupas de cama davam para perceber que estavam limpas. O que deixou um pouco a desejar foram a qualidade da cama e a luminosidade no quarto pela manhã, poderia ser blackout 100%. Café da manhã estava bem gostoso e os atendentes super simpáticos. Apesar do que pontuei, vale a pena ficar no hotel, localização também é boa.
