"It was a bit chaotic at first—the hotel doesn’t have its own front desk, and I couldn’t reach the front desk by phone from the outer gate (the listed phone number didn’t work, nor did the QR code for connecting via WhatsApp). Fortunately, a maintenance worker let me through to the hotel entrance/reception, from where I was able to contact the staff by phone and get all the necessary information and access to my room (access to the parking lot, the hotel, and the room is via a numeric code). Despite minor issues (a malfunctioning bathroom door lock or window latch), I must commend the housekeeping—the room was always carefully and perfectly tidy. The room furnishings are simple and functional; there is a small (really small) refrigerator in the room, and an electric kettle and microwave are available in the hotel lobby (reception area). There is also a coffee machine and a vending machine at the reception desk."
