While it can be warmer, it's superb for enjoying the local rivers and outdoor events. However, you should expect more visitors and potentially higher prices for accommodation and flights.Winter (November to March) is generally cooler and wetter, which might appeal to travellers who prefer a quieter, more subdued trip, perhaps focusing on the region's culinary offerings and indoor cultural experiences.
