Para nosotros es como nuestra casa
La ubicación, la piscina y el fresquito.
Vosotros sois muy profesionales y rápidos si falta algo, reformar algunos espacios como cocina y baño, puertas pero nosotros somos felices allí, si pudiéramos lo compraríamos, hasta el verano que viene si se puede, un saludo.

Su ubicación es perfecta, sus vistas.
Necesita algo de reforma en baño y cocina.
L' unica nota positiva era la posizione della casa, direttamente sulla spiaggia, per il resto è stato tutto un disastro.
Mi ero accordata per farmi lasciare le chiavi dell' appartamento nell' apposito box ma non ho mai ricevuto l' sms con il codice. Mi sono recata presso l' agenzia e ho dovuto chiamare la proprietaria per farmi consegnare le chiavi. Ho aspettato il suo arrivo e mi sono state consegnate le chiavi senza alcuna indicazione su dove si trovasse l' appartamento, a che piano e su come accordarci sulla riconsegna al momento del check-out. Ha anche insistito sulla storia dell 'sms tanto che le ho dovuto mostrare il telefono come prova...
Arrivati all' appartamento abbiamo trovato una situazione disastrosa : casa fatiscente, sporca, con acqua stagna nel lavandino della cucina, forno senza teglia, sporco che colava dalla tenda della doccia, divano sudicio, finestre con ruggine e vetri sottilissimi che tremavano ogni volta che c'era un po' di vento.... chiamo subito la proprietaria per informarla che mancano delle lenzuola, considerato che non erano neanche stati fatti i letti, e mi viene risposto che le avrebbe portate la mattina seguente quindi, per una notte, abbiamo dovuto dormire in 3 in un letto matrimoniale ( 2 adulti più una bambina di 10 anni, la più piccola). Informo anche che non funziona internet ( spesa che abbiamo dovuto pagare in più perchè considerato un servizio aggiuntivo), per noi essenziale dato che ci serviva per seguire dei corsi universitari e per lavoro. Si presentano a sistemare la situazione 5 giorni dopo la segnalazione quando ormai ne mancavano 3 alla nostra partenza e oltre ad averi creato un danno, non ci hanno neanche rimborsati della spesa in più per un servizio di cui praticamente non abbiamo usufruito.
Sconsiglio di affittare questa casa perchè i livelli di igiene e pulizia sono disastrosi e la gestione lo è altrettanto. Il costo dell' alloggio, non proprio a buon mercato, non è giustificato in alcun modo.
