Ample parking for four cars and easy boat access enhances the practical appeal of Le Vista, although the garage is not for guests use. For aquatic enthusiasts, surf conditions can be observed from the house, or take a short 300metre stroll to the patrolled Warrain Beach. Families with children can appreciate Tilbury Cove, just 200metres away, providing shallow, protected swimming and snorkelling conditions. Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Only downside was that there was no air conditioning, which would’ve been fine given that the house gets a nice cool breeze throughout the day but unfortunately we had stayed during a weekend where temperatures had reached over 43 degrees. We stayed here for a family member's 30th birthday and we all left wishing we'd have stayed home and saved our money. Our issues were numerous. To begin with the balcony railing was loose on the front balcony. A child could have slipped through and off the balcony to the ground below, this was a major safety issue! The yard isn't secure - one side doesn’t have a fence which means that children and pets can run out onto the road. We paid an extra 100 to have a dog stay there but we weren't told that the yard isn't secure and it isn't clear from the pictures that this is the case. We also had young children staying with us so they couldn't play in the backyard without fear of them running onto the road. The mattresses were immensely uncomfortable and very old. We all left feeling stiff and like we needed to see a chiropractor and couldn't wait to get home to our own beds. The barbecue was disgusting when we arrived and hadn't been cleaned so we couldn't use it and the stove kept cutting out when we tried to use it to cook meals. I would never stay here again. The view from the back balcony is beautiful but not even that is worth going through what we experienced. I called Holiday Rental Specialists (the managing agent) whilst we were there to report the issues but nothing was done during our stay and they don't even have a record of my call. ##### Kathy S. Overall the property was good. The views were fantastic, the games room was a big hit with the kids, the beach was a close walk. On the negative, the garbage bin for general waste had some rubbish already put in there and the bin stank. Also there were a few large cockroaches in the house. Some mould was noticeable in showers and on window/door runners Sorry that this review has such a negative vibe but I can only submit the facts. Although the location and view are exceptional, and accepting sea air can create many problems, our family are in agreement that the rental fee was more than the house warranted. we would not look at returning whilst in present condition ##### Stephen C. Property was well presented clean and equipped with everything we need, we were a family group of 10, plenty of room and we had a fantastic time in the games room.
