"They’re only about stuffing their wallets. They don’t care about anything else. $150 incidental fee is kind of ridiculous and they were stains on the comforter."
"The lady that worked at the desk was really nice and welcoming (Brittany) and the cleaning people were very nice and cleaned up the room for us brought us a shower curtain and disinfectant "

Omni Louisville Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Upon checking in, I told Sharone it was our 44th Anniversary and we come to The Omni after spending the day at the KY State Fair. This was our 6th year returning. Not long after we were in our room, we heard a knock on the door.
It was Sharone with a gift bag and two 4 gold balloons, denoting our anniversary! We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Bob’s Steak House at the Omni. Service was super and the dinner superb! "

"I had just wiped out on my motorcycle. Had road rash all over and was wondering if they sold bandages. The front desk guy ran out with a box and asked what I needed. What an awesome guy. Thank you!"

"Host was very accommodating! Molly also left baskets of snacks and frequently forgotten travel items, very thoughtful! The house was very clean. We loved the decor and plants. The pillows and beds were top notch for a good night sleep! We went to an event at the YUM Center and it was very easy to get there and back. I would recommend this house for a great stay! "
"The rooms looked brand new & very clean. Bathroom was spacious. The hallway looked dated but the room was great. Very close to minor league stadium, airport & college. "
"Wonderful stay with our family! We loved the pool, hot tub, toys we were able to use and the games. It was great for ALL ages! Highly recommend! Ps. We were worried about the one poor review but that is NOT true. Tyler was incredibly responsive!"
