The front desk experience was not good. It seems the gentleman at the front desk put my 85 year old mother on a different floor than us. When I ask if we could be on the same floor he told me “we would have had to book the rooms together “.
Well I had 1 reservation # so… it that not being booked together???
This gentleman just didn’t not care and was extremely unfriendly.
Otherwise the hotel was okay.

The breakfast buffet was great and had many options for different diets. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean and great location for bus and/or train. Wonderful place to stay and will stay again if lucky enough to come back.

I've stayed a few hotels in Pescara (and around the world)... this one was good enough. Clean, good air conditioning heating. Breakfast was convenient, though not the best options for hot food. Once eggs go out at beginning, they never refresh, so you better get there early if you want warm breakfast ...

Rooms clean but old. Mattresses were sinking. No privacy you can ear people talk next door. Staff no smile, no hello not very welcoming. You walk in and they keep their head down.
