Casa Isela is ideal for weekend getaways, peaceful family gatherings, holidays with friends, trips with pets, or relaxing stays. It’s located in a residential area north of Cuernavaca, with a cool climate and a private atmosphere.

The property features a heated pool at no additional cost, a cinema, a game room with a pool table, foosball, and ping pong, a garden, a fully equipped kitchen, four traditional bedrooms, a cinema converted into a fifth relaxation area, and five bathrooms.

⏰ HOURS

• Standard check-in: starting at 3:00 p.m.
• Standard check-out: by 11:00 a.m.

Subject to availability:

• Extended check-in starting at 9:00 a.m.: $1,000 MXN.
• Extended check-out until 8:00 p.m.: $1,000 MXN.

Extended check-in and check-out times must be requested and confirmed in advance. These are booked as a complete block, so the cost does not decrease if you check in later or check out earlier.

For full-weekend reservations, we can include an extended check-out until 7:00 p.m., when indicated in the quote or reservation.

🏊 PRIVATE HEATED POOL

The pool features a combined solar energy and heat pump system.

Regular heating and cooling are included and, under normal conditions, maintain an approximate temperature of 28 °C year-round. When solar energy is insufficient, we will activate the heat pump at no additional cost.

In the event of storms, heavy rain, extreme cold fronts, or other severe weather conditions, the temperature may be lower, and we cannot guarantee 28 °C.

From February through November, we offer premium heating upon request, at an additional cost of MXN $1,000 s per day, to raise the temperature to approximately 30–32 °C.

During December and January, premium heating is not available; however, standard climate control remains included.

🐶 PET-FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATIONS

Pets are welcome for an additional fee per pet per night, depending on their size:

• Small: $250 MXN.
• Medium: $350 MXN.
• Large: $400 MXN.
• Extra Large: $500 MXN.

All pets must be reported prior to arrival, remain under supervision, and the corresponding fee must be paid before check-in.

🛏 CAPACITY AND LAYOUT

Casa Isela is rented as a whole and features approximately 420 m² of floor space on a 350 m² lot.

The property has four traditional bedrooms and a cinema that serves as a fifth guest room.

Ground floor:

• Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed.
• Open-concept Bedroom 2: two double beds and a double sofa bed.

Upper floor:

• Bedroom 3: one king-size bed.
• Bedroom 4: two double beds.
• Bedroom 5/film room: three double sofa beds.

Total:

• One king-size bed.
• One queen-size bed.
• Four double beds.
• Four double sofa beds.
• Five bathrooms.

The published rate includes up to 16 guests. We can accommodate groups of up to 22 people, subject to prior consultation and authorisation.

Starting with the 17th guest, an additional fee of MXN $300 per person per night applies. The difference will be requested through the platform after the reservation is confirmed.

Part of the maximum capacity is provided by double sofa beds. We recommend reviewing the layout before booking to ensure it is suitable for your group.

🏡 PRIVACY AND ACCESS

The accommodation is 100% private and for the exclusive use of our guests. No one not included in the reservation may enter without your consent.

Guests have access to the pool, garden, terrace, kitchen, dining room, living room, cinema, game room, bathrooms, and the rooms allocated according to the reservation.

Thanks to self-check-in, you can manage your stay independently. During your visit, we’ll be available via text or phone call to provide assistance whenever needed.

📍 LOCATION

Casa Isela is located in Lomas de Tetela, a quiet residential area north of Cuernavaca, approximately 15 minutes from the historic centre and the Mexico–Cuernavaca highway bypass.

The avenue is paved, well-lit, and lined with ravines on both sides, creating a cool, refreshing atmosphere.

Just a few metres away, you’ll find an Oxxo, a tortilla shop, a pizzeria, a pharmacy, a laundromat, a taco shop, a rotisserie, a beauty salon, and various dining options. There are also nearby shops selling fruits, vegetables, and cuts of meat.

About five minutes away are the Salto de San Antón, Bodega Aurrera, Walmart Express, banks, restaurants, and other services.

Public transport stops just a few metres away. Uber, DiDi, and taxis are also available nearby.

Casa Isela is a family-friendly lodging. To take care of the property and maintain good relations with the neighbors:

• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Music must be kept at a moderate volume and must not disturb the neighbors.
• Only registered guests are permitted on the premises.
• Visitors also count as guests and must be authorised in advance.
• Additional guests and pets must be registered and their fees paid before check-in.
• The grill must be placed only on solid surfaces, never on the grass.
• The guest is responsible for any damage caused.
