We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, and restaurants. My The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options. The hotel has different excursions packages. Our guide was Víctor. He was super helpful. The excursions included the Mina de marmol, las dunas de yeso, Poza Azul, San Marcos river and the Vitaly winery. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good service, clean accommodations, and a convenient location. I would happily stay here again.

A mi llegada al hotel tuve que esperar la hora del check in (llegamos media hora antes), la habitación es amplia y las almohadas y cama fueron cómodas. Sin embargo el baño (regadera) tenía tapado los orificios de salida y por consiguiente no había mucha presión de agua, el lavabo tenía una fuga que se reportó pero no arreglaron. Hay áreas del hotel que se ven viejas y sucias. Las toallas de la alberca y de la habitación, estaban viejas y percudidas. Lo que nos gustó fue que tienen servicios de tours para hacer las diferentes actividades de la zona.

El hotel está muy limpio y cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para disfrutar de tu estancia. Ahí mismo puedes contratar los diferentes recorridos a los parques/lugares turísticos que son parte del grupo como Río San Marcos, poza azul, dunas de yeso, minas de mármol, además de otras cosas. Como oportunidad de mejora está la limpieza de la alberca, le hace falta algo de limpieza ya que había muchos insectos y basuras que se iban acumulando ahí.
