  • Beautiful 3/2 home comfortably accommodates 8+ guests for a great vacation destination. Three Smart TVs with cable, Netflix and WIFI access and bluetooth printer to stay connected!

    Relax and enjoy a gorgeous sunset from the large screen lanai, swim with manatees, visit one of the nearby state parks, Fort Island Gulf Beach, or take a boat to access freshwater or saltwater fishing, scalloping, snorkeling, scuba diving or sightseeing. Treat yourself to a dinner at one of Crystal River's fabulous waterfront restaurants.

    The home is located on a Lagoon near King's Bay, which makes it a great choice for boaters. Several public boat ramps are located near the home and are available for your use. The lagoon is not only great for boats, but is also a popular swimming place for manatees and dolphins!

    The garage is currently being used by the owner for storage and is not accessible by guests.
