Apartment in a former fruit farm located at the entrance of a small village at the foot of the Bauges Regional Natural Park, 20 km from Chambéry. Quiet residential area on a south-east facing hillside. Very comfortable cottage with great amenities. Beautiful enclosed property with a carefully maintained garden. Unobstructed view of the Coeur de Savoie valley and the Belledonne massif from the garden. All shops and services in Montmélian, open all year. Between Chambéry and Albertville, at the foot of the Bauges Regional Natural Park, in the heart of the Vins de Savoie Cruet AOC wine-growing region, a privileged location to discover the region, its valleys and its varied mountain ranges (Beaufortain, Belledonne).
