Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle maison. Tout était très propre, la literie était bonne et Pascal (le propriétaire) est très sympathique. Par ailleurs, la pointe de Dinan (à quelques minutes) est magnifique! Bref, c'était super!

Un paradis à Crozon

Nous nous sommes sentis immédiatement à la maison: une balançoire dans le jardin, une cuisine avec tout ce dont on a besoin, de bons lits, une très jolie déco, et un calme.. La mer est à moins de 15 minutes à pied, entre agapanthes et mûres. Un paradis!

Das Haus von Pascal ist sehr ansprechend, gemütlich und noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Pascal ist sehr gastfreundlich, zuvorkommend und servicorientiert, unkompliziert im Kontakt und sehr freundlich. Ideales Heim für eine Familie bei sonnigem und nassem Wetter. Der grosse Raum bietet die Möglichkeit zum sein und für besuche. Lage ist optimal, Einrichtung sehr freundlich und ausreichend. Der Herd ist super! Bei allen Anliegen reagiert Pascal unmittelbar. Gerne wieder! Sofern wir wieder einen Platz bekommen nach der guten Bewertung ;-)

Beautiful cozy house close to the coast

We are a family with 2 children (11 and 14 years) and stayed three weeks in the house of Pascal and Sophie. The house is located in the very small village of Dinan. To the beach Goulien it is about 15 minutes by foot, you can also walk in 15 minutes for example to the Pointe de Dinan. To the beaches Goulien, Lostmar'ch, La Palue etc. we drove 5 (max. 10) min by car. To hike to the south of the peninsula Crozon and especially along the very charming west coast, you can also start directly from the house. To Crozon for shopping it is 5 minutes by car, to Morgat about 10 minutes. The house is very quiet, hardly any traffic. The garden and the terrace are facing south, we had the whole day sun and a beautiful view. The view from the upper floor to the north brings fantastic sunsets and in the distance you can see Brest. The house is very well equipped, we have missed nothing. Washing machine, dryer, a stable clothesline and possibilities for washing out wetsuits etc., as well as kitchen, TV, WLAN, ... everything is available and works perfectly. And apart from this great infrastructure and location of the house: We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay much longer. It is simply a great, open atmosphere in the house. Pascal and Sophie were very helpful and friendly and would always have been nearby to help us, but we didn't need their help because everything worked wonderfully. Communication with them in English was also no problem at all. Many thanks to Pascal and Sophie! P.S.: If you want to do a surf course: We highly recommend "Surfing Sardine" as a surf school. Very professional and at the same time funny and cool and you really learn something. We were there as a family and had the courses in English.

Un petit coin de paradis

Beaucoup de choses à dire tant nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Pascal et Sophie. Accueil très sympathique. La maison est propre, pratique, spacieuse, rien ne manque pour se poser à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Elle est idéalement placée, la plage du goulien étant accessible à pied (attention à la montée du retour cependant pas évidente avec des petits fatigués par une après-midi à la plage) et la pointe de Dinan tout près également. Le centre de crozon et Morgat sont à moins de 10 mn à peine en voiture. Surf, accrobranche, labyrinthe tout proches également. Nous avons adoré. Merci !

PARFAIT

La maison de Pascal et Sophie est tout simplement parfaite, tant au regard de son aménagement intérieur et de sa luminosité, que de sa localisation dans le magnifique village de DINAN lequel se situe à quelques pas seulement des falaises (la pointe de Dinan et ses spectaculaires couchers de soleil) et d'une très belle plage. Notre fils de 2 ans a particulièrement apprécié l'extérieur de la maison avec son espace jeux. C'est incontestablement l'endroit où il faut être pour visiter la presqu'île de Crozon. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Objekt: Das Haus sieht schön aus und ist sehr gut eingerichtet mit allem, was man benötigt. Es gibt im Erdgeschoss ein schönes großes Wohn-/Esszimmer mit großem Esstisch und gemütlicher Couch. Eine Anlage mit Klinke-Stecker wartet nur darauf, Musik abzuspielen, dank WLAN auch über Spotify. Durch 2 Schiebetüren hat man Zugang zur Terrasse. Unten ist auch ein Bad mit Badewanne sowie eine Toilette. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich ein weiteres Bad mit Toilette und Dusche mit etwas Blick auf die untergehende Sonne. Ebenso sind hier oben die 2 Kinder-, sowie das Elternschlafzimmer. Das eine Kinderzimmer hatte 2 Einzelbetten, das andere ein 140er Bett. Der Vermieter hat in den Bücherregalen jede Menge Lesestoff von Surfmagazinen über Naturführer bis zu Comics gelassen. Nicht zu vergessen: die Gitarre. Einzig unser Mokka-Kännchen funktionierte auf dem Induktionsherd nicht, daher wurde die vorhandene Kaffeemaschine genutzt. Lage: Es ist sehr ruhig, man hört draußen eigentlich nur den Hahn und das Schaf, nachts die Grillen. Zum Strand von Goulien kommt man zu Fuß, mit dem Rad oder dem Auto. Baguettes haben wir morgens beim Campingplatz mit dem Rad geholt. Auch kann man auf dem GR34, der an der Küste entlang geht, wandern. Strände: Wir haben uns an 3 Stränden aufgehalten: Camaret (unser Lieblingsstrand), La Palue (ähnlich schön, länger gezogen und Goulien (das Meer ist nicht so schön türkis wie bei den anderen beiden, dafür ist der Strand flacher, was mit Kindern bei hohen Wellen nicht so aufregen ist; zum Surfen ist der Strand vor allem bei großen Wellen ideal, da sich die Wellen oft mehrfach wieder aufbaut und man so lange auf dem Brett bis zum Strand reiten konnte, zumindest mit dem SUP). Natürlich gibt es noch viel mehr Strände und Buchten. Pascal: Super net und freundlich!!! Haben uns größtenteils auf Englisch unterhalten. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Merci bien Pascal!

„Schönes Haus in herrlicher Umgebung!“

Wir haben im Juli 2016 zwei wunderbare Wochen im Haus von Pascal verbracht. Pascal ist ein ausgesprochen freundlicher, kommunikativer und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Das Haus war ganz neu, sehr gepflegt und sauber und zugleich urgemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hatte alles, was wir uns als fünfköpfige Familie von unserem Urlaubsdomizil erhofft hatten. Die Lage ist perfekt, nicht weit vom kinderfreundlichen, herrlich weiten und sauberen Strand, den man mal ganz für sich hat und mal mit vielen aktiven Familien, die surfen, Wellenreiten, Kanufahren oder einfach schwimmen, teilt. Von den Wiesen im Dorf kann man abends einen wunderbaren Sonnenuntergang überm Meer genießen. Wir empfehlen das Haus sehr gerne weiter und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen! - Familie Lange aus Deutschland

The house was easy to find with the detailed map provided by Pascal to us a few weeks before the trip. We contacted him by phone when we arrived and he immediately stopped by to make sure we cold settle in. The two weeks we enjoyed the mos wonderful french ambiance. Particular highlights were the relaxing days on the beach and the hikes along the coastline. The home was very comfortable and fully accommodated. It has a big level yard and is within walking distance to the Goulien beach and the Chateau de Dinan. We are very grateful for Pascal's generous and truly kind hospitality. He impressed us with his genuine concern for our comfort and enjoyment.

Lovely light modern cottage in fabulous location

We had a wonderful time staying in Pascal and Sophie's cottage in Dinan. The cottage is lovely; light and modern with a great layout, nice outdoor space and it was very clean. It provides an ideal base to explore the many fantastic local beaches and scenic coastline. We would definitely recommend it to other travellers and we hope to be back soon!

Maison simple et lumineuse ; lieu magique

La maison de Pascal et Sophie et simple et lumineuse, toute récente, agréable et facile à vivre, avec son grand jardin et ses baies vitrées orientées plein sud. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut, dans un environnement calme, idéal pour le repos et les enfants. Et puis il y a le lieu, magique : un village niché au bout du monde, à l'écart de la foule, avec des paysages magnifiques et une plage immense à ses pieds, battue par les vagues et le vent... Bref, nous reviendrons !

Maison lumineuse et pratique ; lieu magique

La maison de Pascal est simple et pratique, très agréable à vivre, lumineuse, on s'y sent bien tout de suite. Elle est toute neuve et il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Le village est calme, peu de voitures, idéal pour les enfants. Et puis il y a le lieu, à l'écart de la foule, niché dans un village au bout du monde, où les lumières sont magiques, surtout le soir, quand on va admirer l'anse de Dinan et les Tas de Pois. A vos pieds, une plage immense, qui reçoit le vent les vagues. Bref, nous reviendrons !
