Located 5 minutes from Crozon and Camaret, this beautiful house of the 18th century completely renovated (2019) with taste is ideal to accommodate a family and spend holidays at the water's edge.
The house is spacious, pleasant living with a nice view of the garden, quiet
The rooms upstairs have a small sea view.
The house is located in Kerifloch, small hamlet of Saint Fiacre in the town of Crozon 400 m from the beach for fishing on foot and 3 km from the beautiful beach of Trez rouz.
It consists of 1 bedroom on the ground floor (1 double bed L160), 2 other bedrooms upstairs (1 double bed L160 and 1 double bed L140) and a landing room with a single bed.
On the ground floor, the house has a lounge with armchair, sofa, TV, internet and a beautiful fireplace.
A terrace served by the fully equipped kitchen allows you to eat while enjoying the garden.
2 toilets are available (ground floor + 1st floor)
Its walled garden can welcome our dogs friends.
The house is rented from Sunday to Sunday in summer, from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays.
We accept course stays (3 days minimum) out of season.
Possibility to rent towels and sheets.
The charges for water, electricity, household waste taxes, wifi, cleaning will be requested at the end of the stay, the rent being given excluding charges on the site.
Possibility to rent sheets and towels.

In addition to the rental, the charges detailed below will be invoiced:

Package charges (water, electricity, wifi, taxes) are €40 01/05 to 31/08 and €60 01/09 to 30/04
Compulsory exit cleaning: 70 Euros
Sheets on request: 15 Euros per double bed and 10 Euros per small bed
Bathroom linen on request: 5 € / person
If presence of animal: 10€ for the stay/animal
A security deposit of 300 € is required for the rental on arrival (this is not cashed and is returned quickly)

Beautiful house with defects

First the positive things: The house is in a very quiet location, close to the sea, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, the beds are comfortable, the care from Mme Mottet is fine. Now to the negative things: Since the house is offered for up to 7 people, we assumed that it was adequately equipped when it came to sanitary facilities. There is only one sink in the only shower room and an additional toilet without a sink. In the living area there is seating for 3 people. There are 4 garden chairs that are in need of repair. Conclusion: a very nice holiday home for 2-4 people who get along very well.

Read the fine print & bring your towels & sheets. Only downstairs bed was comfortable,other beds are very uncomfortable! stairs are slippery and narrow width, grandson was locked in upstairs bathroom for over 15min until property manager/owner arrived to unlock door. no welcome handbook or package to explain basic operations & trash collection . one trash can full of maggots, no ventilation for toilets or bathroom. check-in was 1.5 hours later than advertised. photos of house are not entirely accurate and location is not close to restaurants or activities. Had to drive everywhere. allresponses from owner/manager were excessively delayed by sometimes more than 1 day. paid extra person charge, charged for linens & towels ! overall, very disappointed stay!

Sehr gemütliches kleines Häuschen in einem bretonischen Weiler

Das Haus liegt in einem typischen bretonischen Weiler ganz in der Nähe von Crozon mit seinen Geschäften und Camaret-sur-Mer mit seinen zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars. Es ist sehr gut und gemütlich ausgestattet; die KÜche und der Esstisch sind einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Der Garten ist groß, was vor allem mein Hund sehr schätzte.Wunderschöne Strände befinden sich in der Nähe - z.B. Trez Rouz ist 4km entfernt, zu meinem Lieblingsstrand Trez Bellec bei Telgruc-sur-Mer waren es ca. 20 Minuten.Kurz gesagt: sehr zu empfehlen!

Entzückendes kleines Haus

Wir haben uns in diesem, mit viel Liebe und einem guten Händchen für Renovierung gestalteten, wunderschönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.Es hat nichts gefehlt. Bei 7 Personen würde das Haus sicher an seine Grenze kommen, aber für 4 Personen perfekt. Auch unsere 3 kleinen Hunde habe sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das man die Hunde direkt nach dem Strandspaziergang ( der Strand ist wirklich nur 2 Minuten entfernt ) draussen abduschen kann, war hervorragend. Das mochten die Hunde nicht so sehr...Rundum ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Touren durch die Bretagne.

Tolles Haus

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen in dem Haus in Kerifloc‘h verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und war für uns zu fünft mit 2 Hunden ideal. Der Garten ist riesig und wurde zum stundenlangen Badminton- Spielen genutzt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet umzu kochen. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns direkt bei Rückfragen geholfen. Herr Gambier hat uns einmal frischen, hervorragenden, Fisch vorbeigebracht. Die Verwalterin ist sehr lieb und entgegenkommend. Wir empfehlen das Haus unbedingt weiter. E

Maison cosy , propre et très agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine à 6 avec 2 chiens . La maison est très coquette et en même temps fonctionnelle . Nous avons profité également de la terrasse, du jardin et des transats, avec un temps magnifique et évidemment Crozon et toute la presqu’île où il est facile de randonner pour accéder à des sites magnifiques Propriétaire et gérante très réactifs si besoin .
