"The beds were extremely comfortable and so were the pillows! We loved the banana bread and coffee, and the deck where we had this morning snack had a gorgeous view of the mountains. We paid extra to go on the snorkeling trip and had an amazing time! Our guide was a lot of fun and was wonderful with our kids, too."

"I like that there were multiple pools that could be used including the one with slide on the paradise pool. Good for kids to enjoy.
I didn’t like the cleanliness of the room. The sheets were not clean and hair and stains the first thing we came to our room after checking in close to midnight. Tub and near the sink was hair and the refrigerator was extremely outdated. A lot of pressure with the marketing team was not really appropriate and took away significant time from the trip given I only had full 5 days to be there.
I did like that Waikīkī beach was reasonable distance to walk 20 min if walking moderately with my child in a stroller. Access band provided by hotel.
Some activities, but timings were extremely early and not that many unfortunately for kids. I wish it would be throughout the day passed 1:30 pm and more kids activities since it’s mostly family oriented resort.
Unfortunately, the food and even the supermarket items were extremely pricy. I would say a lot more pricier than NY!!! And that says a lot! Not even complimentary breakfast for all the money being charged. Resort fees does not match the value of what you get. Extremely expensive.
My overall rating of this place 2.5/5"
"From the moment I stepped into the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort, I had an amazing experience. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and seamless. My room was ready upon arrival, which made everything even easier after a long travel day.
The staff truly stood out during my stay. Everyone—from the front desk to the bar and restaurant teams—was friendly, attentive, and easygoing. Housekeeping was especially wonderful; my room attendant was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay.
The views from my room were absolutely breathtaking, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was consistently maintained. The amenities exceeded my expectations—from the pool area to the dining options, everything was well-kept and enjoyable.
As a solo traveler, feeling safe and comfortable is extremely important to me, and this hotel delivered on both. I felt completely at ease the entire time, which made my trip even more enjoyable.
I have no complaints—only great things to say. The staff truly goes above and beyond, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Waikiki."
"Property was incredible with lively views. I got two rooms; the accessible one had a larger bathroom and toilet space but the shower was a bathtub unlike the photo that featured a shower head and walk in shower, the shower in the regular room was also a bathtub and it would creak at any movement (as if it were to break at any moment for some reason). The walls in the room were questionable with some stains and a greasy handprint near the door (which the doors to both rooms seemed ajar and loose- either flimsy handle or the door was askew from the doorframe). Other than that the property was great and the staff were so friendly and helpful. (That being said if you have accessibility issues or can’t ascend/ descend escalators/stairs there’s a separate elevator that’ll take you from the first floor to the third floor where you can hop onto whichever tower elevator you need- including this because we weren’t told upon arrival just had to look/ask around for it - hope this helps!!) :)"
"Ocean view was excellent. Room was perfect and cleaned daily. Only complaint was a large group there on a business trip locked up all of the pool side cabanas for days, and left most of them empty, most days. Seems there should be an occupancy rule or a limit to the number of cabanas that can be locked up…or limit the number of days in a row. "
"We stayed just a night. The bed was uncomfortable, the room had a strange odor, the floors were dirty so I walked around in my slippers. The TV was difficult to setup and the neighborhood was a little sketchy. Parking was all over the place. I don't think we will be back at this one."
