The living room features a dedicated workspace for those work-from-vacation moments, and the pull-out sofa provides extra sleeping space. The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave for all your cooking needs. The Space: Pet Note: We’re happy to welcome your pets! Please keep them in the front yard only, as the back yard is reserved for long-term tenants and their approved pets. Thanks for helping us keep things comfortable for everyone. Guest Access: Guest have access to the entire apartment. No smoking is allowed. Most of the above are merely "I don't know" but there's no option for that. Just a couple of days before checking in, they canceled our stay due to bedbugs. But that didn't stop the automated instructions for checking in, nor the one for checking out, nor this survey. Stevens Realty needs a good IT person, the website forms for signing up failed repeatedly and then there were a runaway of automated messages that were unnecessary. Once inside it was clean until i looked up at the ceiling fan. I don't think it had ever been cleaned. I took care of that. Next morning I wrnt to the kitchen for breakfast. Bowl was dirty. Took care of that. Shower was next. To small of a shower and there were only 3 towels for a 7 day stay. Took care of that. It is a very nice place. Neighbors didn't always leave enough room to park and they would talk loud outside the back door. I will be returning soon. Hope things are better this time. ##### Laura T. There is a shared entryway with an adjoining property, which was full of bugs and complete with an army of ants. Inside the whole place had a musty smell. There are stains on the bedroom carpet, broken blinds in the bedroom and living area, and the whole place needs a thorough top to bottom cleaning. Also the place is in dire need of repainting and refurbishment. The toilet nearly comes off the floor when you get up from it, and the shower nearly comes out of the wall when you try to adjust the head. The stove is rusty, as is the shelf in the freezer. The adjoining property is not a holiday rental but a permanent residence and the people there are not connected with this property in any way. They have motorbikes and noisy dogs, and woke us up at 6-30am when they were mowing the grass outside! Overall we were not happy here and left after one night. The only saving grace is that the bed was comfortable, other than that this place has nothing to recommend it.
