This is the exact unit you will be staying in! Owned and managed by us personally, Nate and Elizabeth Maxwell. THE CONDO IS LOCATED IN THE HEART OF FAIRFIELD GLADE; BY THE MAIN 4 WAY AND CLOSE TO GOLF COURSES, BOATING, SWIMMING, FITNESS CENTER AND MORE. Only one mile from the community center and many other amenities in The Glade. Renovated and new furniture; October 2018 \*Super cute unit!\* 2 bedroom/1.5 bath town home SLEEPS 6 Ground floor-living room, dining room area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and half bath on ground floor. Great walk out deck from living room; table and chairs-looking out into courtyard Upstairs-2 bedrooms with a full bath; another deck upstairs as well Bedrooms- 1st/master bedroom-King size bed 2nd bedroom-queen size bed and a day bed w/2 twins. One TV in the living room; Roku for live TV and streaming. High speed internet/WiFi-password given after booking Kitchen-fully stocked with all needed to cook, etc. Regular coffee pot. \-ALL bedrooms are upstairs If you secure a booking then we can request guest passes, but we will need full names of each person. The guest pass do NOT pay for amenities like golfing, it allows you access and you pay the guest rate. See Fairfield Glades website for amenities like gym, swimming, golf for rate etc as they are subject to change. Well behaved pets, and we will give you additional info on rules, etc. Their is a dog park in Fairfield Glade. One time pet fee of $40. The fridge needs a deep clean and the shower head is very low. Otherwise, it was quiet and clean. Easy to access and parking is directly in front of door. ##### Julie W. The house was as described. Clean and perfect location for us. The owners were easy to reach and had no issues. Checkin and out were also very easy. Property located near conveniences and activities. Safe neighborhood. Met all our needs. We only had two requests if coming back again. It did not offer a Keurig, which we use daily, and it needs a dehumidifier to remove the dampness. The kitchen needs a little TLC. Appliances were a little rough.
