A spacious, updated 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo offering a comfortable and fun-filled vacation experience just steps from the beach on beautiful Cross Lake.  
  
Located in a prime Crosslake location, you’ll be minutes from local restaurants, golf courses, shops, breweries, and year-round events. Thoughtfully furnished and ideal for larger families or groups, this end-unit condo features cozy sleeping arrangements, modern finishes, and a game table perfect for friendly competition or rainy day entertainment. Guests of all ages will enjoy access to a wide range of resort-style amenities that make every stay memorable.  
  
Whether you're cruising the Whitefish Chain, relaxing on the beach, or exploring the best of town, Sundance Ridge is a perfect launch point for your Minnesota lake getaway.  
  
Our townhome walks out to Cross Lake, part of the Whitefish Chain of 14 lakes. Bring your own boat or rent one onsite to explore the chain. Guests have access to a sandy swimming beach, boat slip, and a pool house complete with hot tub, sauna, indoor pool, and fitness room. The nearby Firehall offers even more—gymnasium, pickleball, ping pong, pool, bumper pool, and a lounge area. It can also be rented for events.

On top of the pet fee, there will be an additional fee starting at $150 if we deem there is damage to the property regarding your pets stay.
