The walk-out lower level includes a queen sofa sleeper, a ping pong table, a wet bar, and 3/4 bath, ideal for entertaining and having fun. Head outside the walkout and enjoy a large lockable storage shed for your toys, and 120 ft of lakeshore with beautiful views of nature and a preserved wetland. Take a short stroll down the gently sloping lot to a new 100+ ft dock to swim, sun, or enjoy the beauty of the lake. Finish the night up around the concrete fire pit on adirondack chairs and the sounds of birds and water keeping you company. Plus, enjoy close access to the Cuyuna Connector bike trail for even more outdoor adventures.
