The feeling I got from the staff and the owner is that they actually care about their guests - they are not just a number. Facilities are excellent and very clean and well looked after. The manager is very helpful and friendly. While it is an older property it is clean and very comfortable. Having the kitchenette gives you the option of cooking, if you want to. Is within easy walking distance to restaurants. The heatpump/airconditioning in the room is a bonus and keeps the room comfortable in the heat and on cold days. Reception staff were very friendly and professional, showing us to our room on the ground floor, as we had put in a request for. The room was spacious, recently renovated and had everything we required for our stay. The king size bed was very comfortable, the shower lovely and hot, and the room nice and cosy.
