From the property, you are a few minutes walk away from the sandy beach with rock pools, great for crabbing and fossil hunting.Ground floor: Front door leading into hallway with staircase and door to Kitchen: with table and 4 chairs, electric cooker and hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster and fridge/freezer, door to Lounge: TV , wood burner and patio doors leading to the garden. This is such a comfortable holiday home. The addition of the wifi and upgrade of the bathroom were both welcome. The weather was with us and we were able to enjoy the beautiful and peaceful garden. Our dog enjoyed himself also. The cottage is conveniently places to the Team Rooms, Village Inn Pub, Village store and Thai takeaway, as well as the other local amenities and beaches. It is well situated for travel all around North Norfolk and beyond, buses run regularly from nearby and there is a station in the village too. Handy shop over the road, Village Inn that does lovely meals, opposite and bed and breakfast near that does amazing tea and scones and more and only short walk to beach. Cottage is lovely and garden adorable. Only thing missing is downstairs toilet but that's only for our situation. Hope we can go again. We love this house - the garden is beautiful for a start. Fully equipped comfortable and all you would need. No internet which does us a favour really & forces us to relax and enjoy the holiday. Great location - a short hop to the Village Inn which has been transformed with new owners. We were in there almost every night! Great to have parking outside the house.
